Help How to work with the Black Sea Transboundary Diagnostic Analysis

The menu placed in the upper frame contains the following animated buttons:
Help loads this page in the new browser window
Home refers to the main page of the Black Sea Environmental Internet Node (BSEIN)
Contents loads the TDA web contents page; for user's convenience the corresponding part of contents containing just the current document is automatically displayed
New loads the current document into the new browser window; it can be convenient to display several documents simultaneously
Prior these buttons allow to look through the Black Sea Transboundary Diagnostic Analysis like a book; the order is defined in the TDA contents page
Next
Links moves to the bottom of the current document where links to related documents are placed
Top moves to the top of the current document; it may be convenient for large documents
Acronyms loads the list of abbreviations used in the TDA into the new browser window
The last buttons can be invisible if your browser window is too small, but the corresponding actions can be carried out easily in another ways.
Some old browsers, for example, Internet Explorer 3.0, do not support buttons animation.
